FAQ
How do
you clean off paint?
They are easily washed off with warm water
and mild soap. Baby shampoo is
recommended for it's tear free attributes.
Some colours like green, purple and some
brands of black can be more prone to
staining. If there is still a residue after
washing, apply moisturizer and then wash
again after 20 minutes.
Are
the products used safe?
CATZ Faces artists use only the best water
based professional face/body art makeup
products on the market such as: Snazaroo,
Mehron, Wolfe Face Art & FX , Kryolan and
others for all face and body art work. All
ingredients comply with FDA regulations and
are safe and gentle to be used on the skin.
Does
not protect skin from the sun, may even
enhance sun’s rays with some colours. Ensure
sunscreen is on before being painted on
sunny days. MSDS Safety sheets available on
request.
Are
you insured?
Yes! We are insured members of the
Canadian Association of Face and Body
Artists (CAFABA). You can feel secure when
you book CATZ FACES that we adhere to strict
hygiene standards and only use the best
products available.
How
soon should I book my event?
Our busiest times start from May 1 through
to Halloween, then again at Christmas
and New Year's. It's recommended to
book up to a year in advance. To avoid
disappointment, book as early as your date
is set.
Can
individuals get 'one of' paintings?
Yes! Appointments can be made for
special events that you want to go to
already painted. This is
particularly popular for Halloween,
Christmas and New Year's parties. You
can come to our home studio in Mission.
